Agreement to terms
By accessing DoseFirst websites or using DoseFirst products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy and Cookies policies.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Organization administrators are responsible for teammate permissions and lawful use of workspace data.
Use of DoseFirst
You may use DoseFirst only for lawful healthcare operations, discovery, and care coordination purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or interfere with platform integrity.
Healthcare disclaimer
DoseFirst supports organization, workflow, and informational discovery. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and does not replace licensed clinicians or pharmacists.
Partners and pharmacy workflows
Partners features help pharmacies manage operations such as inventory, POS, purchases, expiry, ledgers, and reports. You remain responsible for regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
Directory discovery
Directory content is for discovery and information. DoseFirst does not operate a cart or checkout for medicines. Connected pharmacies and providers own inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and clinical counseling.
AI-assisted features
AI outputs are assistance features. Users must review results before relying on them for operational or clinical decisions. DoseFirst does not guarantee that AI assistance is complete or error-free.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans, trials, and renewals are described on pricing pages or order forms. Fees, taxes, and billing terms are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
DoseFirst software, branding, and content remain our property or our licensors’ property. You receive a limited license to use the service according to your plan.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time according to your plan terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoseFirst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in the commercial agreement.
